Skunk 2 struts and springs

I just installed skunk 2 struts and springs on my 2007 civic si sedan (82k miles). I've got rattles and knocks from the front end over every bump and crack in the road. However, on smooth roads the car feels great. The rattles and knocks are driving me crazy! Any solutions?

Too stiff of a set up ? I have the sport struts from Skunk, but I have not installed them yet.I did not go with their springs.
