interior lights not working

interior lights not working
Just got an 09 Civic coupe and the interior map lights and dome light are not working. The fuses in both drivers side panel and under the hood check out to be good. Where do I need to go from here?

Double check #14 (7.5A) in under-dash box Small Lights (Int)
Sub in a spare 7.5A from lid of under-hood box.
Use a 12 volt test light & probe the exposed metal test points on top of #14 to see if voltage is present.
