Your K20a2 Mission

OK, somebody that has mad cash do this and tell me how it runs. Take your RSX-S motor, put it in your civic, get it working right, then put Jackson Racing's new Supercharger on it. Tell me how it runs so that I know whether to start saving so that I might buy this when I am 80.

Don't waste your time with the JRSC. On the K20A2 the JRSC made 50whp WITH I/H/E and Hondadata. Its not worth it, mostly since it cost just as much as the K20A2.

ever hear about the quality of cybernation kits, or lack thereof? if i'm investing that much in a swap, i'm not gonna get a low quality turbo. either go custom or go with a big name.

I've been watching the motor alone go for less than three grand. The motor, tranny, ecu axles etc. is running around $4000-$4500. There is always the JDM type-r engine (220HP) Ebay has one now starting at $6000. Check her out she's a beauty.

All you have to do is search "RSX ENGINE" over at ebay. You may want to try and locate a wrecked car. I hear those go for around $5500.

what's wrong with the cybernation's turbo kits? on clubrsx.com i've only read about 3 if my memory serves me right, that have had any kind of problem with their kit. also, these people post their problems there, and cybernations posts to their theards, saying their sorry, and that their going to fix the problem...and last i heard over there, they had on all but one of those problems fixed....? where is the lack of quality and the way they handle their business there?

I have heard nothing but good things about Cybernations turbo kits. I have seen the RSX Type S turbo personally and found it was very nicely done. Their shop is not far from me.

personally, im not going to be saving for a k20, turbo, or anything else thats more than $500-$700 for my car. ive got i/e/h. im getting pulleys and a cam gear and a jet chip and mabey nitrous, then im done with my car. id rather spend that $6000 towards getting something worth tuning...like an RX8.
