You gotta run it in w/ the A/F Ratio wire on the ecu. I know a guy at Honda and he faxed me the ECU diagram for A/F output. This is the only way. Get that diagram to get the correct wire. bada bing, your done.

the diy that boilermaker did may work but it is not accurate. Doing it through the ECu is precise.

Just curious, how is that more accurate?

If accuracy is what he's shooting for, then he should've got an EGT gauge.

call honda and get a wiring diagram. There is no Haynes manual yet. The diagram is of the A/F ratio output on the ecu. When you find that wire run them together. The wire off the sensor does give a reading but its the reading right from the computer telling the car/injectors if its too lean or rich...and to make an adjustment, that you want for your gauge.

to simpilify installation it can be done at the connector on boilermaker's post but i'd recommend doing it on the other side, not on the side that plugs int the sensor itself but the other side of the connector. it sshould be white (always double check) as that wire is the that feed the ECU its info, it runs from there to the ECU.

so the best way to wire up the A/F ratio guage is through the white wire on the first connector (plug A) on the ECU???
