close door hear thud??

close door hear thud??
I was just wondering if anyone else notices when you close your doors that there is a "thud" noise that comes from the rear driver quater panel? the dealer says that it is a flap to allow for air to escape so that you can't blow the seals on the windows?? and it makes sense but at the same time it is rather annoying.... and then also if that is true could that be where some of the rattel comes from when you got the subs bumping??? any thoughts?
