Yes it does seam that the louvers are sold seperatly, but $895 for just a hood not for me.

The louvres are optional. I don't like the part in the middle either- looks like a camaro SS wanna be. It would be good w/ out both.
What's curious to me, is that it kinda looks like an RSX hood (the middle section, instead of being raised appears to be depressed to me) that won't go well w/ our grill/ bumper.
