Valve Springs!

Skunk2 has come out with some valve springs for a 2001 civic Here is the description.

The Skunk2 Racing valve springs can be used with camshafts with lifts not to exceed 0.500 at the valve. Higher lift camshafts (up to 0.540) can be used if valve guides and valve seals are replaced with approved Skunk2 replacements. Included with the valves springs are new smaller diameter spring seats and shims. The valve seals will need to be replaced when installing the spring seats.

actually there isn't a camshaft out yet...so the valve springs are useless...

D17A is our 2001+ civic engine...but skunk2 has not come up with the valve springs just yet...
D17A1 is non-VTEC...
D17A2 is VTEC...

and i guess modacar.com has a wrong post...

a lot of people for some reason say 92-01 because they think the 01 is still 6th gen. they're wrong.
