my factory just told me they can install SLIDE IN MOONROOF for 1200$ US

tilt MOONROOF for 1000$

pup up one for 200$

people might not have the money to spend on something more than an LX. dont konw about him.. but I got my LX for close to $16k. it was a last minute thing, so i couldnt go for the top-of-the-line civic b/c of my situation. the only major difference between the EX and it were rims, interior, and moonroof. [dont hold me to my word] so... i was planning on saving up for my spoiler instead. a whooping $800 lease: but it still was worth it, heard the LX's are faster. but i still love the rims and moonroof on the EX.

doesnt lx have something like 117 hoprspower and Ex has 127. I doubt they are faster. I doubt any civics are faster. I actually hate civics but I love it cause i drive one.

i got my ex coupe for around 18,100 lst year. If you wanna get a sunroof and pay 1000 then I dont see whats the big deal about paying another grand and buying a ex. Plus I beleive the prices dropped alot for the 2003 models.

ok, for sedan, in CANADA there is only LX but there is LX-sport with alloy 15" wheels and moonroof, and the price is just like you buy after market wheels and add Honda moonroof!!

For coupe, there is Canada SI quivalent of US EX coupe. However, there is no TAFFETA WHITE COLOR.

So If I want sedan and I am paying this price in Canada for LX-SPORT, why not just get LX and with the rest of money I get the kind of wheel I want (17") and moonroof as an option??

Asking why people didn't get EX at first place is dumb, this thread is here to help people, not give useless comment.

So, now, my previous post would help people in Canada getting the mooroof in the dealer. I know most people who want sedan would just get LX, as for 2003, LX-sport Canada don't even have body kid and the rim looks ugly!
