Lightbulb Orange Lenses From Headlights

I notice alot of people are trying to sell these and I wondered if anyone is actually getting rid of them. i mena, who would want them except for someone else who alrady took theirs out and sold them??? seems strange

Some people get tickets and need to reinstall them. Most of these people either:
1. Lost their orange lenses
2. Damaged them (cracks, scratches, etc)
3. Sold theirs

well i thought about ordering some headlights, the cleared oem ones in black, and thought about putting them in those lights for a JDM look.
that would still leave me with my original oem lights, just in case.
