Coupe Rear Bumper on a Sedan?

I did a search and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know if the coupe factory bumper will fit on the sedan? I think an after market exhaust looks and fits better with the bigger cutout on the coupe bumper, and am thinking about buying one off of someone if it does fit. Let me know. Thanks

*pfff* yeah right. Coupe bumpers are to long for Sedan flat asses. The tailight and bumper lid would be unproportionate. I supposed only some mods would be needed, a lot of trimming here and there. I don't think the screws and sockets would line up either.

man... members are taking these replies way too anally. I wasn't being offensive. I was merely saying that the coupe bumper will not just bolt into a sedan bay without some changes.

What you can do is covert your rear end into a Coupe end. My thoughts: Throw you the sedan tails, trunk lid, and bumper. Get coupe bumper, trunk lid, tailights. Trim the sides of the end of the side panels (the panel is where the fuel lid/cap is located; both of those side) so it will house the tailights and trunk lid from a coupe. You'll need the trunk lid because it's preformed to the tailights. The bumper is preformed to fit the lights and trunk lid. So the only thing really needed to change/modify/cut is the end of the Sedan Civic.

maybe you shouldn't say things like "pfff, yeah right." Say it out loud and if someone said that to you towards something you asked, tell me how you think you'd take it as. If thats not what meant thats cool. Just remember how some people may perceive things you right.

No, it will not fit. BUT...... the Honda OEM Rear lip (underspoiler not aero) will fit the rear bumper on a sedan for sure with the use of self tapping screws instead of mounting clips. Not sure of the aero fitment but i would think it would be the same thing. Probably doesnt help you any. I did find that the OEM lip made the back end of my sedan look much cleaner and made my DC TCS fit a lot better. The top of the slanted tip lined up almost flush with the corner of the lip at the cutout. And the lip has a larger arc than the bumper does but will extend the back end about 3 or 4 inches farther.
