Rep Power: 0 Will the Tanabe fit the Sedan?
Does anyone have the Tanabe medalion on a sedan? I know thew only sell it for the EX and LX coupe, but I never really heard anyone say that the coupe and sedan are the same/different in exhaust length. Is there any differecne whatsoever? I need to know, becuase if I cant go with the Tanabe, I need to go with the DC TCS, which does sell for a sedan. Let me know.

Rep Power: 0 you may have to pay and extra $150 for a extension flange.
IF you drive an Si ( EX ) then it comes stock. Otherwise u have to get that piece custom made, but tanabe has the extension u can buy.
hope this helps

i picked mine up i drive a lx i have to have a extension made only because i bought the skunk 2. if u get the tanabe it will be more expensive because u have to buy the extension that tanabe sells, which is an extra $150, trust me i looked into the tanabe race medallion last week.

Rep Power: 0 My bad. I only said that because he said... "I know thew only sell it for the EX and LX coupe" I was just stating that the exhaust systems are the same between coupe and sedan.

Rep Power: 0 Sorry guys, here is what I meant. I know Tanabe makes the exhaust for the LX and EX models, but only the coupe. My question was, are the coupe and sedan the same length? Obviously not from what I have read. I already knew the EX and LX exhaust lengths are not the same from bad experience.
My question is now, do you guys recomend just going with the DC Sports TCS, since they make that for the LX sedan, or, should I go with the Tanabe and save up the extra $150 beans for the extension flange? I did want a rough and loud sound, but, if I got the TCS, I wouldnt mind having a quiet exhaust to keep cops off my ***

Rep Power: 0 I would get the extended flange, because first of all the tanabe isnt extremely loud its just right. But remember its your car get what you feel is the best for you liking
