I recently bought a 23 piece B & I trim kit for my '02 silver coupe...Check out the picture:

It cost $208 including shipping!! The pieces fit better then any other kit I have seen...It's also made very well, good quality material!! I would DEFFINITELY recomend this to anyone...They have all sorts of colors and styles to chose from, from various colors of carbon fiber, to aluminum (like mine), to different wood grains....They ship from New York...If you have any other questions, PM me

Well, just about 5 minutes ago i installed the Honda metal panel dask kit *around the radio and a/c vents*...i realy like it and i got it from honda for only $79.

Maybe someone can help me with my question...
I got the middle piece around the radio on just fine, its on there very well. The the side A/c vents dont seem to be on as well. The 3-m tape doesnt seem to have that great of a grip. any hints? I wiped it with alcohol first and turned on the heat while i was installing it which helped, but seems to still be coming a little loose....any suggestions!?!?! Thanks

LoL! Lid still has his tassle (that rope-thing from the graduation cap)!!!!

I rocked mine only for the summer after I graduated. After that, I started college and realized that I was at the bottom again and that I would have to work before I can hang another one after a few years. And I don't really like things hanging off my rear view mirror.

Wow, you got ripped. I thought I got ripped getting the same thing for $130. I see it now for $100 dollars. Anywayz, bluericeburna2k2, go with the aluminium. It looks nice for your car. But note it is "brushed aluminium". It is plastic that is very flexible. If you get it; at first it won't look so hot but once you put it in your car it looks hot! The place where I got is good because they have a great refund policy. As long as you don't take off the back tape cover on the back pieces, you can return it no questions asked.

I dont want to paint my interior pieces, and i'm kinda getting tired with the stock interior, any suggestions for a red civic? I was thinking of the brushed aluminum but it might look awkward with the red/dark interior and plus i have a silver headunit (Blaupunkt San Jose) So what color do you think would look good for a red coupe?

Sorry to burst your bubble but our kits are completely different quality!!! I know someone with the kit you bought and the quality is s**t compared to the B&I...Just because a kit comes with the same KIND of pieces doesnt mean it's the same quality and the same finish

P.S Plus mine has more pieces

OH right I forgot just last week my friend got in the car and he was like oh this kit sucks because I can tell this is not a B&I kit! Get real, obviously you are hyping up the "quality and finish" up to make $208 a good price. Tell me exactly how it is better quality? Do you even know what makes it better quality. Or is it better quality because it costs more? The fact of the matter is it is brushed aluminium no matter how you look at it. We are not comparing diamonds here. I'm basing my opinion on your picture. Mine looks exactly the same! So if you want to believe it's better quality then by all means do so. But don't just base your opinion on how much the kits costs. Oh btw, I do remember you saying that you had 23 pieces. Mine came with 30 pieces.

No sweetheart, price has nothing to do with it

Like I said, I know someone who has the same kit you have...

Good quality = Get into a Volvo, heck even an Accord, any car with a wood trim...That is what I consider good quality..
Poor quality = Something that looks the same but either has unfinished edges, or is soft to the touch (it's supposed to be solid and your not supposed to be able to press IN.)

What my point is about price and B&I = B&I is a reputable company, many of their products are used in nice cars, cars that APC wouldn't be allowed to come near And sometimes price doesn't matter, but generaly you get what you pay for

So please let sleeping dogs lie and drop this subject

Cheers!

Okay if you say it is so good, I am willing to see it for myself. If they have a refund policy, I like to order it to see for myself the difference. So give me a link or something.

first off neither of ya have a "brushed aluminum" kit, you have a "brushed aluminum look" kit. there is a difference. to put an end to all the squablin the real "brushed aluminum kit " looks 50 times better than a kit that looks like aluminum. anyways that's my 2 cents. i think the kit that is posted in this thread looks realy good though. one of these days i'm gettin the real brushed aluminum kit and i'll have to post ya'll some pic's.

The kit looks nice and I may consider it too in the future

Chapobapo OEM Dash Kit is also a stick on. However the OEM dash kit will fit perfectly except it also falls off (need super glue)
