What Performance Mod gave you the best power
Ok, just asking that question, which performance upgrade gives you the most power by itself, excluding Nos and FI. and also not combos like i/h/e if you do say i/h/e then explain...such as, CAI gave great Top End, Cat-Back improved mid range, and headers improved mid-high, however more gain was felt from Intake then the other two. This would be helpful...thanx

hmmm... its a toss up.... either my electric supercharger, torndao, or oversized APC window banner that doesnt match the color of my car but looks so cool.
intake- little top end
muffler- sound
header and custom exhaust- the best mod so far. Definitly better mid and high end power.
Hope that helps. Oh, the O2 Simulator did help some too after the header/exhaust.

You're new, so its understandable. This will probably get locked by a moderator. But since they've failed to make a post like this sticky, I'll answer. Not much for our cars gives a big gain, short of turbo or nitrous oxide. If you put a CAI or SRI on, you'll notice the sound more than the power. Same for the rest of the exhaust system (I/H/E.) As of now, our options for power aren't cheap to say the least. They include turbo, nitrous, and engine swaps. You can swap in a K-series engine (Si, RSX, RSX-S, Integra Type-R) and thats the only options you have for getting even 150hp.

Wow I don't think I've ever seen so many pointless posts in one thread. Just answer his question and quit flaming I would have to say my Magnaflow catback....i had the AEM SRI before and reaaly didn't notice much gains but when I installed the exhaust I can definitely tell the power difference between mine and my gf's stock ex.

I'm gonna say the injen SRI. It honestly feels like it shifts the power curve a little to the left so you get more at a lower RPM. The car doesn't bog down at a lower RPM like it used to either.
For shift kits, check out Level 10's Products.
I did mine myself, but it's much easier on a domestic.

1. You can give me the money you pay for mod and I will tell you your car is the fastest and has the most horsepower 7gen ever (mental gain in horsepower)
OR
2. Get the HP 2 pieces header. I think the most restrict part for 7gen is the header. Intake is pretty free flow, the exhaust pipe is pretty straight through except the muffler. I hope that help!

Just put a "HONDA CIVIC" sticket across your windshield, and altezza taillights, and you will run 10s easily, maybe even 9s!
Seriously though, K&N FIPK II should give you a noticable gain (Don't expect too much though). Check out the group buy @ link below.
