Anyone dyno test their car?

Everyone on the forum has said that intake/header/exhaust upgrades for our car's give little to no power gains. I'm just curious if anyone has had their car dyno tested to see how much power these parts actually add to the car. If so, how much power did you gain over baseline? What parts (not including nitrous) did you use? Thanks for the replies.

There were some dyno tests posted recently in "General Auto Ramblings". Try a search there.
