The Best Head Gasket

I currently have a 2000 Civic Ex. I am going all out with it to make it a DOHC killer. I bought a turbo kit for it, and i don't know what the best sized metal head gasket I should get. I already got Arias Pistons to drop the compression, so should I just get the stock sized metal head gasket?? Help me out.

Why don't you go over to ClubSi.com if you want to make your 6thgen faster. Us 7thgens only know how to make our cars go slower.

if anything you want a thinner gasket it will drop the compression even lower. if its a 2000 then there should be a number of companys that have one out

spacing the head off the block will lower compression so therefore get a thicker gasket; except i have no idea where you will find one.

Um... Yeah, that's kinda backwards. A thinner gasket than stock raises the compression. A thicker gasket than stock lowers the compression.

Anyway, I would try some 6th gen specific sites. This is a 7th gen site and there's aren't many aftermarket internals out yet, so people that post here generally aren't going to know the answer.

Make that "some" people who post here. I don't think everyone here has the 7th gen Civic as their first ever car.
