They fit, Altezza, RS, etc... But the RS grill is from the Japanese RS Civic Sedan so putting it on a coupe is kinda dumb . But either way, yea it'll fit, but on some grill you can't keep the plastic cover thats on top of the grill (where the hood latch is and the radiator cap sticks out from) but thats not a huge deal. In fact my sedan has seen the stock grill, then the altezza, and now im putting the coupe's grill on it cause it looks better so that right there says it fits. Its just that one piece that may not fit, which isnt a big deal, and i believe there is a way arounhd this, I think if you buy that piece for a sedan(less than $20 at a dealer). Pop your hood and you'll know what piece i mean. But anyways, it'll fit.

RedDragon333 will become famous soon enough
you can use the RS grill they fit but youll need the black plastic cover from the sedan if you want it back on there. The grill itself fits tho. and the RS can be removed and maybe put the trim level of your Civic if you wish

Some of the grills advertised as "RS" look just like the Altezz style in the pics. If they are just like the Altezza, then they will fit the coupe with the original radiator cover. I guess the safest thing to do is order the one that says "Altezza" and has no emblems.

The pic here is the Altezza style, but I stuck the original "H" emblem on it with 3M tape.
