im thinkn about gettin a viper 790xv/clifford rs-3 (same alarm) and im not sure what alarm install costs are around here yet...how much did you guys pay to get your alarms installed? especially if u have one of these alarms. thanks friends!

I hear aftermarket alarms require them to snip wires, while alarms from the dealer just plug right in....
Factory alarms are around $400-$500 installed. Not sure about others.

Dealer alarms= way overpriced for what you get. Go with an aftermarket alarm... you should be able to get a decent alarm, installed for around $250.

damnit....i just went searchin around and the cheapest i could find was 110 to install the rs-3 to my civic. sucks. i was hoping 60-70....and because the rs-3 doesnt seem to have "provisions" for manual tranny remote start....most of the shops wont even install it. gayyyyyyy
