NOTHING........lol........Neuspeed is better.
But in general, strut bars are supposed to tight down your suspension and reduce body roll.
Tokico's aren't out for our cars yet, I dont' think.

In plain English
My neuspeed strut bar has:
-Decreased body flex (good thing)
-Increased stability
-Made the steering slightly stiffer
-Reduced body roll like Fly said
Rear Lower tie...
-Prevents your frame from being "ripped"
(Recommended if you get the RSX 19mm or Progress 22mm rear anti-sway bar)
Tokicos...
-Not out =P
Koni's are out...they make your ride smoother or something.
edit: The design of the Neuspeed strut bar is by far better than the DC. Neuspeed is also 1 piece compared to DC 3+ pieces. The less pieces the better

Just to add to this... I felt a difference with my DC Sports. Many people don't notice a thing with the Neuspeed. That's for the front strut bar. However, I do not reccomend the DC Sports. I sold mine. The joints come loose and you have to re-tighten it from time to time. Get something else. Not Neuspeed though 'cause one dude with both the Neuspeed and DC Sports said he felt a bigger difference with his DC Sports than he did with the Neuspeed.
