Sure they both "do" that but...
The Apexi allows you to adjust your fuel settings as you wish. With the JET, once it's in, thats it, no adjustment, unless you want to ship it out again. The Apexi can also be seen, which is good in this case because it looks oh so nice

With Jet, I believe you can either get the "permanent" programmed chip in your ECU or get the V-Force which is adjustable by the user.
