Redline racing oil? Or Mobil 1?

Im think of using redline racing oil but wanted to find out if any of you guys had exp with it? its supposed to give you 5-8 horsepower due to less internal friction, and was wondering if itcompromises protection at all? im also thinking of using mobil 1.. i know once you go syn, you cant go back... or youll screw ur motor up. is that true?

I have never used redline oils before, but I don't think switching from synthetic to regular is going to "screw" your engine up. I don't see how it would.

I use mobil 1 oils and I cant complain at all. I have used it in both of my cars and its great. BEst thing on the market as far s Im concerned!

As for switching back from syn. to regular oil. From what I understand it isnt good on your motor due to the way the Syn. oils coat your engine. Mixing the thin Syn. oils with the Thicker regular oils dosent sound good. Well I wouldnt do it But thats just me.
