Someone wants to sell me a new grill for my sedan...He e-mailed me a picture of it "Altezza style", but when I asked him about it, he told me that it was for 01-03 Civic "type-r style"...

Aren't there just the "RS version" or the "Altezza style" available for 01-03 Civic??

tomato - tamata, typeR - altezza same thing just a different name (i think the TYPE R doesnt have the letters like the RS grill its just blank on the inside)

Yep. The pics I've seen of Type R are same as Altezza.

It's worth $30. I saw it for $35.

That grill was the one thing I did that changed the looks of the car the most, and was the cheapest mod.

just bought that grill yesterday myself, plan on cutting out the black mesh and putting in some silver one to match the one in my bumper.

No...You'll need the radiator cover off of a sedan

exactally the grill is the same its the cover that needs to be switched out

search on ebay for "gril"...someone else posted something about it...
I got mine for $34 shipped. This is the type-r/altezza style, not the RS style.
The holes on the grill and the sedan radiator cover holes align correctly but there are alignment problems with the coupes radiator cover.
Thats about it.
