Removal of Interior Panels

After reading a few of the threads about sound deadening I've decided to install it around my car, for as much as I can afford. However, I'm not too good at the technical things of cars yet. I've looked around the site and found how to remove interior panels for things like speakers. I was wondering if somebody could either direct me to a good source to remove basically everything that I would need to take off to put in the sound deadening product or put up a DIY. I'm thinking about getting Dynamat if I can get a good hookup. If not I'll have to do it as the money comes in. Thanks for the help in advance

check out the tech stuff forum and "whats behind this panel? PICS" Grey explains that you dont need sound deadening material but a sound absorber or blocker. as for the panels. not sure which ones to take out but there are DIYs to take out the rear panels and such.

That kinda helped. But that didn't help me with getting to my firewall. Also to anybody that has done this before... have you had any problems with the hood liner because of the moonroof or if the headliner sagged afterwards?

What's this about how I said that you don't need sound deadening?

I haven't touched my headliner yet. I know that mohawkboom probably has though. I'm still adding sound deadening to my interior body panels. I haven't gotten to the firewall either. All in good time though. Adding sound deadening is probably the most time consuming thing in the world.

Indeed. If your patience level is low, I wouldn't suggest doing it yourself. And be prepared to go sleepy pie with half your car apart if you dont finish.
