Halo Headlights

does anyone know where i can find the halo headlights like on BMW's where the high beam has just a circle of light around it when it is not on[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]. it is the whole unit not just a bulb of something. i saw them once but can't remember where...Go figure huh.
