Looking at all the past threads on this tornado thing, the common answer always given was that it is a fraud. Now, I'm not saying it works, I have no idea, but has anyone who called it a fraud actually bought and tried it? I'd love to hear from someone who actually used it say it was crap.

What about the testimonial from that city in CA who has it in all their municipal vehicles? Are they part of the scam?

I went with a budy of mine to NAPA and he bought one for his 95 Accord. He said he noticed a difference, but I don't think that he really did. He placed it right by the air intake opening, so that it "would" receive maximum results, according to the instructions.

The next tank of gas he said he got over 400 miles in, but sadly he wrecked his car a few days after that, so we really didn't get to do a good test. IMO - it does not work any better than putting stickers all over your car. But hey, if you like that then it's all good, but I would save the $$$.

Wasn't it Consumer Reports that reviewed that thing and actually noticed a slight loss in fuel economy?
