Raybestos Brake Pads?

My front pads are gone at 14,000 miles...maybe 1mm left.

1. How are the Raybestos Plus & Quiet Stop Brake Pads? (Offered at Pep Boys)

The Plus start at $18 and the Quiet Stop at $35

2. Will the Quiet Stop have the same performance as Plus pads? (Just wondering because i would think the ceramic formula would increase braking distance...)

edit: Found this thread...mostly negative things about it

edit #2: What about Midas? 25% off coupon + lifetime guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle...

i work at autozone part time. we offer carbon metallic pads and semi-metallic pads. the carbon metallic pads reduce brake dust and the mushy feeling you get.

I got the AEM ones from Lightning Motor Sports. I definitely love them. Better braking distance and no squeaks or anything...definitely less brake dust too.

get these PADS with these DISCS

good combo if you don't want to shell out the cash for the AEM big rotor kit.

same pads at Lightning but cheaper. Although check shipping form both places, 'cause then Nopi might be cheaper.

WANGER,

do you know what the diameter of those rotors are? also why do they look like that (color wise)? are they rust proof and will it fit with the stock caliper?
