K&N, come on!!!

Well, i put in the drop in filter. Its doing the job of a regular ol' air filter....but i just haven't seen some of the marginal, yet somewhat noticable gains that some ppl talk about. I know Grey and a coupe other ppl got better gas mileage...but responsiveness and growling noise seem to be the same.....whats goin on?...hmmm

the drop in filter is designed to still be quite, just like the stock intake...if you want noise, take out the resonator box.....

I don't think I would say growling noise, I did hear more engine noise, it sounds more like air sucking through a small space. Its more noticeable I think. The gains I've really only noticed on the highway, when passing. I spend a lot of time on the highway travelling and I think the passing acceleration is much better, IMHO.
