Black Tailights for Coupe
My g/f has a Black '02 Civic and she's DYING for some blacked out tailights...I've seen the carbon fiber euro's, but she wants one that are the same style as the stock tailights...i've looked everywhere, and no luck...anybody know if they have 'em yet and where?
here is a better pic if you can get the link to work

i doubt they would ever sell it cause its illegal, just paint them yourselves.. or the 'elegente' tails from TYC actually look nice. but ya just get a can of transparent paint from a local hobby shop and do it yourself. the ones that are specifically labeled for smoking your tails cost alot thats why i recommened the one from your local hobby shop

lights
i know everyone is almost a year older when this thread stopped, but i ordered these lights for my black coupe. does anyone have them on their car (with pics). i had tyc chrome ones, i know those are good lights, but everyone and their momma has them, so i wanted to go for a change. Hint: tyc's for sale, $75 plus shipping. 4 months old.
anyway, let me know about the black lights.

I have the same taillights for my black coupe. But I have the "carbon fiber" ones. IMO, these lights look much better than the TYC's.
Just to let you know, that whole red circle lens(surrounding the reverse lights) won't be lit up when you turn on your lights. The top half of the circle is the one that'll be on (brake lights). The bottom half will be the turn signals, so they'll only be on when you're signaling a turn. I did a little modification on mine so that the whole circle is lit up when I turn on my lights.

i think i read how some people hate how it only half lights up. but imo i think that makes them kinda unique. i have NEVER seen euros that only half light up. and i have NEVER seen black like the kind i ordered. thanks for the info.
