After looking at RedDragon333's ride, he's got the Tanabe RSpec catback. That's the one that comes from Japan and is ~$750. Sorry for the confusion.
i think your confusing yourself...
the RSpec is known to be the "Tanabe Super Racing Medallion" i remember RedDragon or someone saying thats what they changed the name to, whether thats right or not, RedDragon still has the tanabe RSpec or Tanabe Super Racing medallion (same thing)....and it was still 550!

I can't shed too much light here, but the Super Racing Medallion is all stainless, while the 'standard' Racing Medallion only has a stainless muffler, the $750 is probably for the super racing medallion, and $550 for the standard racing medallion. There are two different versions floating around on the market.
You Guys! Its not that expensive....its like around 500 to 600..and yea theres only one version out now....the Super R-spec..i had one on backorder and it cost me 520 installed...but i went with HKS instead...you should search back in the forums i dont think a full cat is really worth it...HKS conducted a test with a full cat and not much impressive numbers came up....but i could be wrong with the R-spec
