i read all the posts on shift ***** and alot of people say the rsx base shift **** fits perfectly and is great and all, but no one mentions the type S ****. does anyone have it in their cars, and does it fit perfectly like the base rsx ****? i think the type s **** looks better, and the type-s boot also has a silver ring like the civics. $30 for the base ****, but how much for the type-s ****?

oh, that's true the type-s is a 6 speed. but I can't tell from the picture if the little "gear-diagram" (the 1-2-3-4-5-6-R thing) is on the shift **** or not (i know it's on the titanium and aluminum rsx *****). it kind of looks like it doesn't. and if the shift diagram isn't on the ****, no reason not to use it if it fits right?

i ordered the base shift ****, but they sent me the type-s and i thought it looked better, so i just tried it
and it fits, feels great too!

the Type S **** does have the shift gate pattern on top...you can go with a Base RSX leather package **** or the base aluminum **** and should be slick. i carry both of them... thanks
