Osram HID comparable to Philips/Hella?

how do Osram ballasts compare to the Philips or Hella brand? also, what country of origin is Osram? Thanks.

Are you talking about bulbs? Osram and Philips are bulbs. Hella makes ballasts. Osram bulbs are made in Germany just like Philips. I heard Philips bulbs are a little bluer.

i got philips HID, i had it for a while, yeah, philips is awesome and bright, it's not as blue as u think it will be but it's awesome....

well, the reason i ask is because there are some HID kits on ebay with Osram ballasts. i've heard of Osram bulbs, but not ballasts. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]
