does anyone know how to...
remove the metal strip on the sedan, the ones by the front and back H emblem? i would search, but i dont know what the hell its called

back ones not available painted for the sedan. they are different from coupe to sedan. Hood trim is same for front thou cuz they share the same hood. You can have the trunk trim painted at a body shop to match if you want.
yes..u can only buy the front...i got mine for 20 bucks at hondawerx...it was a pain to get the chome one off...i actually cracked it a little....i think the black looks so much nicer though
For the front...
1. Pop open the hood
2. There are 4 fat black plastic screws. Unscrew them and make sure you don't drop it into the engine.
3. In the middle you will see a hole. Take a screwdriver or something and insert in the hole and push.
4. Your hood piece should come out.
For the Back...
1. Open trunk
2. On the other side of the trunk, there is 1 nut in the middle. Unscrew it.
3. There are 4 plastic pieces holding the trim to the trunk. You should know what to do when you see them
4. Take your piece out.
