New Addition to any Intake!!!
Just wanted to post with a new filter that I have started to import from the UK. I posted once before, but not much response and thought I would try again and I also put it in the correct topic area. It is a new style air filter named Induction Technology Group or ITG. ITG filters will replace the K&N style filter that came with the AEM or INJEN intakes (SRI, Cold Air, etc.) They are made of a polyester foam that is much lighter and will allow more air to flow to the engine while also retaining very fine dust particles. They can be found here ITG Filters. I will be running a group buy through the end of the month or if I am able to have 20 people buy. The price of the filter is 79.00 and the connecting tubing and clamps are 15.00, but I am offering thru this group buy at 89.00. They are expensive to import and I usually only order once or twice a month. I have a word document outlining product details for anyone who wants them. I can be reached at email. I hope everyone will give me both positive and critical feedback and thoughts. I am not claiming that this is some miracle product and that you will gain 50 horses, but I run it on my car and prefer it. Any questions feel free to email me and I may have some pics up soon. Thanks.
Sometimes, I can see right through myself ...

Hrmm. It honestly looks like a cheap filter. Almost kind of like a big cone-shaped sponge.
I really think you're going to have a hard time to convince people to switch over from their tried and true K&N filters that they've been using for years. I wish you well if you get people to buy this thing. May actually be worth it.
I'm willing to try it out for you if you're willing to ship me one for testing for free.

Nice try on the free filter, maybe if you refer a few people i'll think about it?
It does look cheap online at their site, but in real life it is not. I will have to post pictures to do it justice.
Thanks for the feedback!

Sounds like a ripoff to me, How can you say that its 79 for the filter and another 15 for the brackets? Then say the group buy is 89? woo woo you save a whole 5 dollars, now I can buy those vtec stickers i've always wanted! <sarcasm!>

the k&n looks a lot better, and is less than half the price, plus, im not going to put a new product from a company ive never heard of on my car, especially one that is a critical part of the life span of my car. if its a good product, itll do well and theyll start selling it over here, and maybe after a few years, like for how long ive known of k&n, maybe then ill get one. $100 for foam? umm, sorry, ill pass.
