I think you may have problems with the CAI bashing the hood if you add a throttle body spacer. It all depends on the style of CAI (AEM sits higher) and the style of the bar though. Just go to a store that has these parts and take them outside to dry-fit them.

as far as i know, only DC sports and neuspeed are the only front strut bars that will fit with a CAI. They go around the bend in the intake.

DO NOT PUT A THROTTLE BODY SPACER ON OUR CARS! Our cars are not carburated and do not have throttle body injection. We have a direct port fuel injection system...A throttle body spacer is a waste of money.

true.....i am still used to my vortec v6 where the tb spacer helped...yeah, won't help much on our cars.
Take a look at the FIPK pics on my members rides page and you can see how a generic strutbar can be tilted to clear the inake. An AEM is also tall enough to hit the strutbar without any TB spacer involved.
