wonderz is on a distinguished road
wow, never knew so many people have underbody neon on their car...
anyways, what's the police policy about those lights? like if you turn them on while driving, what would they do? if they pull you, what will be the reason?
'cause I am thinking of getting one to those so during road trips, people can follow my car easier at night.

Yup
You can't be driving with them on BUT you can park and have them on.
Question: are red and orange legal because they are legal light colors for vehicles on the road?

you can have them red/blue/orange.... i know in most states (like mine) you can't have red or blue facing front... that's illegal... but i'm sure u can have them under the car. ... but of course, not while driving.
