DC sports header
I put on my DC sports header on today. I bought it used, which I thought was a good deal. First thing that I noticed was that it gave me little bit of extra power around 4,000rpm+ I also have a DC Sports TCS and for the sound it made my exhaust just a tiny bit deeper. Over all I think that it's a good product if if you want increase a little bit of HP.
I'm glad your happy,,, I really want a carb legal header for my LX but I'm probably going with HP with high flow cat when they rerelease it in 4 weeks....

do you guys know when it'll be ready for the canadian LX 4dr?
the guy at the shop I go to says that and the catbck have been available for the past 3 months...but they haven't been able to get any yet.
just wondering if there were any canadian d00dz who have gotten the header and/or catback

I installed my cai and exhaust and was waiting for the re-release of the hp header/cat. I wouldn't buy the DC because of their dyno results and the opinions expressed by other members who owned the header. However, I came across a super deal and bought the header for that reason. Well, I wanted to go ahead and complete the obligatory bolt-ons too. I could definately tell the difference in mid-range power, even the wife noticed. I have seen the hp's in person and can tell that the hp tubing's diameter is noticeably bigger. However, it is also readily apparent that it is not anywhere near the quality of the dc part if you ask me. Also, I couldn't believe how much of the motor mount had to be cut, not "shaved", in order for the hp/cat to fit.
I have been looking on ebay for the test pipe that was being sold by "HKSA" but haven't found another auction for one. Also, I emailed them a week ago and haven't gotten a response. Anyone have any more info on HKSA?

d00d, I took at look at your car...we have the same sedan and colour
just curious...did you put in the DC 4-1 yourself? I want that header in ceramic (stainless is too much to maintain, and I'm not girly enough to polish it).
if you also don't mind me asking... where'd you get your magnaflow, and for how much? would you recommend it over the dc cat-back?
thanks man!
Cheers,
J
