I saw some people listing cam gears on ebay.. Has anyone upgraded theres yet and if so what was the response from it? I wouldent buy cam gears from obx there a lil to import to be made by a cheapo comp like that but i guess its a start for other comps. to follow. Hopefully skunk2 will make some for our cars soon? If anyone has any info would be fan freakin tastic.

um...are you gonna sit at a dyno when u get cam gears to find the degrees that offer the highest gains with no signs of detonation?

You can click this LINK and see that the AEM cam gear for our Civics is part # 23-605. They should be available now. Why do you want one? Are you running nitrous? They are pretty much a waste of time and money unless you are running some sort of F/I. I don't think you'll get much out of them running N/A even if you do sit at the dyno for an hour and find the perfect setting.

i have the aem cam gear. its not installed yet waiting for someone to tell me if the rs civic camshaft will fit our cars. my neighbor is a mechanic so we might sit down and see what we can do with it by itself. the faster i find a aftermarket camshaft the faster i can let everyone know so help me out. please.

I had preordered mine several months back, I am hoping it ships soon! I think it should add a little power, according to AEM's website they increase torque and horsepower without any cam changes. It also comes with recommended settings to set the gear.
