DC Sports TCS - LIES
Is it just me or does anyone else think it's strange that on DC Sports' ad for the TCS system they say the Exhaust adds +17 HP on a stock RSX-S and then they say the CAI/header/Exhaust combo makes 18.3 HP more than a stock RSX-S? That would mean that adding their Header AND CAI only add 1.3 more HP to a car with the TCS exhaust. We all know that manufacturers lie, or "mislead," in their ads but you would at least think they would have it make a little more sense. Anyone of us could do a better job in the making up of that ad. Just my opinion.
Most likely they are talking about the exhaust adding 17 horses at the flywheel and the I/H/E combo is the horsepower to the wheels. But I doubt they are telling you the ASE adjusted horsepower. They are talking about peak horsepower.

not necessarily... K&N's sponsered RSX type S got 12 HP to the wheels with JUST the CAI that they developed for it.. i even saw the dyno sheet.. so lets say they add another mod like headers and exhaust... they only have 5 more horses to go after the intake... so it's entirely possible...
i am not sure how much horse power it gives. i noticed a small difference when i installed mine w/ the injen cai,and dc header. i am satisfied with it , it's diferent ,and i love the deep tone it has to it.
