What would be the price difference between a Cat-Back (GReddy Evo $480 shipped) and a Muffler (N1 $210 +shipping) with custom piping, im getting one with no cat cause i don't have to worry about emissions.........

i'm going to have it done in El Paso, Texas, but live in Mexico...............

yeah if u dont have a cat converter u will fail but if u dont have emitions tests then u dont have to worrie about it
