Hey, any of you guys return anything to NOPI, being that they suck at life and all.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]
I got an intake from them a few weeks back and its not what i expected. no directions, which isnt a big deal, but the thing that pisses me off is that theres brackets, yet no place on the pipe to attach them too. whatever though, its goin back and im not doin business with them again. anyway, is it hard to return things to them, they dont even give an address on the website, just the customer service number and i dont feel like being on hold for the summer..[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/IMG] so, anyone do this before?

Maybe it's konig not nopi. I've order some thigns from nopi and never had a problem. Call them and Konig and see if you can't work something out.

I live 5 miles from Nopi, would you like me to get you an address and a phone number for them, just let me know. I think they charge a 15% restocking fee! But i have delt with them many times and never had a problem. As a matter of fact they have the cheapest price on the Kaminari i have ever seen......
