silver tyc projectors
does anyone have these on there car, and if anyone does do you have pics up. also are the chrome ones out yet and if anyone has those are there pics up also. reason im asking is i wrecked my car and the body shop is either going to put the silver ones on or if they could if they could find the chrome ones they would put those on instead. i just wanted to know what my car will look like, thanks in advance

Rep Power: 0 The TYCs are the ones that just had the chrome ones come out. So, I'm guessing that's what he's asking about. Personally, I have NOT seen anybody with the chrome OR silver TYC projectors in the members' rides section. Everyone's got black as far as I know. I'm hoping someone could prove me wrong though. I just don't feel like checking EVERYONE's car...
Those other projectors just aren't my cup o' tea. I like the TYCs and the halo/angel eyes projectors. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] I still have yet to see anyone with the halo ones installed. I can't even tell if the reflector is orange. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]

Rep Power: 0 i've seen a few halo/"angel eye" projectors on ebay, and those have a clear (white) reflector...
i agree though, i only like the looks of the TYC and those halo projectors... those APC (or whatever brand they are) lights are pretty ugly, not to mention typical APC quality...
i saw a few sets of chrome TYCs on ebay -- they wanted like $300--400 for the damn things! but the silver TYC lights are even cheaper than the black ones at tornactive... i'm thinkin about ordering some, taking them apart and spraying them chrome [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]
