Red or Blue NEONS..TICKET?

Can you get a ticket for having red or blue underbody neons, I know you cant have them in the headlights or anything like that, (those colors) because people may think your a cop, but what about under the car? Are you asking for trouble?

Um I think all neons are illegal to have on WHILE driving. But if your parked somewhere, I think your neons are ok if it doesnt interfer with some other persons driving.

eh i dont know for sure, just post whoring...cough

Depends on where you live... and the cop. Illegal? Definitely.

You got ticketed for having them even while parked? I understood that you were not allowed to drive with them on - red & blue for sure, other colors maybe - but if you weren't on the streets, and just parked, you could show 'em off. That's crazy, I guess it's different in every state. Well, I'll sit back and wait for QCKSILVR to jump in here then ..

Cheers!

you can get a ticket for driving them...in all states(according to MD state trooper) and in some states, yes, even while parked. that's the way it is in MD, you'll have to check with your local authorities on the parked issue hehe

Where I live the only illegal thing about them is if you can see the bulb, not sure why. My friend has green, another has blue, and one is getting red. Although my friend did get pulled over for having a blue flashing one (sound activated) in his car, so obviously it does depend where you live.

Hmm, my friend got a ticket for those tiny washer nozzle lights in blue. One of my other friends got harrassed for having red underbody neons (just a warning).. I would play it safe and stick to purple/green/aqua/yellow or something. I never got harassed for driving around with Aqua underbody neons. And I have driven by MANY cops in both MN and SD.
