Rep Power: 0 do us all a favor and just start callin around... eventually u'll figure out how cheap people will paint ur car, bodykit, etc... for. after u get a LOW price, come back and ask if its a good deal.

Rep Power: 0 for the paint job on my body kit it cost me $575 dollars. the painter used dupont chromabase paint and clear coat. it was worth every penny though since it came out to a perfet match to the car.

Rep Power: 0 a real true show winning paint job costs around 5 or 6 grand due to all the labor in the prep work. show winning paint jobs produce no orange peel effect on the clear coat because they use aabout 1500-3000 grit sandpaper and stuff. our stock paint jobs are nice for outdoor show, but if u get it under a bunch of lights (like i will be this weekend at HIN in Atlantic City!) then its really noticable

Rep Power: 0 It's like this, you get what you pay for. If you pay 5 or 6 g's for a whole paint job you are most likely getting a very respectable paint job, on the other hand if you pay 2 g's for a paint job then you might want to go ahead and start saving for another one because that one isn't going to last very long.

Rep Power: 0 OK, I work at a body shop so ive come to learn a few things, yes it is true you get what you pay for... but even stock paint has so much orange peel, at my shop we wet sand the entire car before it gets painted and that helps a lot...you shouldn't pay more then $500 us dollars in my opinion for installation and paint of a body kit...if you start moulding the sides and stuff then yea....
let me know how it goes. and what are your from, maybe u should come by my shop
