dc tcs, magnaflow hangs to low.. 1 it looks ugly like that 2, it scrapes everywhere

If your talking about that skunk2 catback from ebay, i saw that too, it comes from this shoddy florida based part company, they have horrible service and have no clue what they are selling or what not, Just be sure to verify everything is what its supposed to be (2 door vs. 4 door or ex vs lx) and so on. These guys dont care about anything but making money. These guys were even trying to sell parts on their website for a 2001+ civic which everyone who knows anything about civic is that the new model has a compleetly redseigned suspension and frame style, no parts that are claimed to fit the new civic that are made for 2000 and older will fit. But I hope you get what your supposed to and all. 420 for a Skunk 2 sounds like one h3ll of a deal, just be sure its not just their universal muffler or anything. Also I dont know if they have stainless vs treated steel but stainelss would obviously be a lot more than treated steel. Just want you to be aware of what you have before you accept delivery of the product.

I had pretty much decided on the DC TCS myself, then I found out it was over 100lbs and decided I need to locate something lighter. So my exhaust search starts anew.

i don't mean to burst your bubble, but magnaflow is one big piece of cr@p.. it doens't fit well, it scrapes like hell, it hangs virtually to the ground, it sounds like sh*t, and it's ugly.. go with the TCS- it's by far the best exhaust for our car.

this is crazy. some people on this forum rave about the magnaflow, and now people are bashing it. but never in the same thread! this is interesting cuz i'm buying a cat back soon and was going to get the magnaflow on the groupbuy. is this a bad idea?

im going for DC....didnt hear anything bad about it and the magnaflow is a good exhaust it just hangs too low as others have said....if you want a package deal call modacar.com....they can get you a package of injen sri, dc headers and dc exhaust for about 900....

I still think I'm going to get the magnaflow. From what I've heard, you can just turn the u-bolts sideways to keep it from hanging so low.

im in it for the group buy. My friend has it and it sounds nice... no prob with scraping either. I think your sh@! is just #$#%ed up. haha
