title pretty much sums it up

Ordered turbo with part number the kit gave me, turns out it now has flanges instead of inlets or outlets, maybe the inlets and outlets are custom. or maybe he gave me the wrong G25 part number, not really sure since this is my first turbo so dianoisis is at an all time low.is there an adaparter? ----> inlet hose to some sort of piece that will fit a flange
where would they be sold?

or would there be a way to fabricate the hoses to the flanges, if that isnt an option.
