Rep Power: 0 dude it's their product, they should replace 'em, otherwise contact the seller, chances are if he/she is a good seller that they'll try to help you out.

Rep Power: 0 dude, if they say no, just keep bitchin at 'em, start calling and complaining, keep emailing, etc. there's a good chance that that might work, otherwise keep contactin the seller, by the way, who'd you buy 'em from? was it eautoperformance?

Rep Power: 0 no, i brought them from saltpepper88 on ebay, i just got an email from him
"Hello [at least he used my name]
Is it very serious? We checked with our supplier, and they only offer 30 day
warranty. We're not sure if Genera would exchange it either. We've been
told that since they are the manufacturer, they do not deal with the public.
Sorry, we wish there was something more we could do. We hope that the cracks
not that bad.
saltpepper88"
and generva's mail was
"Sir,
How does the headlamp crack in the first place?
And where did you purchase the product?
Brian"

Rep Power: 0 As a professional what you need to do is write someone important in the company, say the CEO if you can find his name along with the stupid HR people there too. Also write the BBB. If you sound professional you will get results. You will have to use snail mail too. It wouldn't hurt to do this, may take a while, say a few months, but I'd rather have a new product in a few months than an even worse condition then the present. A associate of mine wrote to a car rental company (CEO, HR and the BBB) that caused her some problems. A while later, action was taken, and she ended up w/ a few free rentals for just telling the right people how it was. You going to do it?
