I have an 03 Honda Civic, I wanted to know if there was anything I can put over my exhaust (exhaust tip, filter) that would increase the sound.
Is there anything that does this, I don't want to take my exhaust system apart to change the sound.

In short, no.
In order to increase volume you need to increase flow, and that means a larger exhaust system.
If you want a bit of sound, cheap and easy swap out the intake system for a short ram system.
