Several of us have the revo ss w/ the kumho bushings and are estatic about the mod. I think its the best mod I have done to the car besides clearing the headlights. I'd go for the revo ss over the adapters. It shortens the throw by reducing the shifter height and by relocating the shift point. Definately worth the 100 bucks. Rob says he has them for 100 shipped. You will have to buy the bushings directly from kumho.

i have revo but no kumosport bushings but i still love the revo. I would definitely recommend this product. Kinda on an off topic but does anyone else have probs with shifting into reverse while the car is parked. Sometimes i will go out to my car after its been sitting for about an hour or so, and then ill go to back out of my drive way but the shifter wont go back into reverse. I dont know if its just me being lazy or if its a cable thing or what. kinda weird . . .

I had something similar with reverse when I first got the revo system installed earlier today. Its just a matter of getting use to it I think. I now am use to the way it shifts from 1-5 gears and reverse and know the motion required to get it in each gear.

One more thing, I got the revo system installed today and its awesome. Also have the kumosport bushings installed and I love those as well. Forget the adpaters. Get the revo short shifter system. Well worth the couple more $$$.

What is the difference between the kumo bushing and adapters? are they the same? Can you install a revo shortshifter without an adapter or the bushings? what does the bushing do?
