Thoughts on plast dip?

I've kinda been getting into plasti dip recently. I think if you do subtle accents with it it can look pretty decent. Its not too ricey is it?

Re: Thoughts on plast dip?

Depends on what you're dipping.
There's a whole dipping scene at dipyourcar.com

I plan on dipping my entire car flat white.

Plastdip on wheels looks great. It isnt ricey if you use normal colors.

Re: Thoughts on plast dip?

My car is black and I've already dipped my emblems matte white and I plan to dip my shitty chipping chrome wheels the same until I can afford some nicer ones. Best part is I can peel and change whenever I want

Re: Thoughts on plast dip?

Its not ricey if you don't over do it and you actually know how to do it right... dont want no **** with runs or drips.
I'm awaiting new tires then I will be dipping my wheels with gold metalizer.

Re: Thoughts on plast dip?

plasti dip is awesome. I plasti dip my civic emblem and put it in my car and it looks awesome. i would post a pic but this message box cant upload pics. my friend has an accord and his honda emblem was keyed and it looked awful. He plasti dip it and it looks brand new and the black rubber like texture just gives it a meaner look. good stuff
