full coilovers or just regular coilovers

ok what is really the difference in the both ...if i get the regular ones what is gonna be the bad part of it??

1) just the ride???
2) do the shocks on the full system have no chance of blowing at any hight??
3) is the only thing the full coilovers do is give a good ride.....how good?? compared to the regular coilovers??
4) do i still need to get cambers for the full system?

i'm thinking of getting the full system but if it's just the ride that gets changed up then i'm sure i can get some regular coils that will give me the ride i need??

if it's because the shocks will not blow then hey maybe they are good because i know even with the aftermarket struts they still got a chance of blowing ......

gimme some answers because i am really thinking about this and i wanna drop my car b4 MAY 2-4 weekend.
