Was reading through Import 2nr when I came upon an ad by Design Engineering Inc. They are advertising their exhaust wrap and a few other heat reducing things. I've seen the wrap on a few cars within the pages of SCC Super street and 2nr. Anyone here actually use it? Notice any difference? I'm not a newb and I did a search and came up with nothing useful....
Supposedly it recduces engine bay heat by 45%. This sounds good since I'm running Injen short ram on my LX so headers aren't avail, at least not with an option that I like.
It may look tacky to some but for some reason I think it looks wicked cool. heh
Lemme know.

Rep Power: 0 to me, exhaust wrap won't help that much. Think about it... ur headers get hot like hell, the wrap will help disapate the heat a little bit, but not much. On the other hand, if you use thermal wrap for your intake, we can prove the wrap actually works. Make sure u do your research before you buy though. There are several types of wraps out there and some are definantly better than others
